, telling me that
there's no support for ext4 in my initramfs. I just copied the CentOS 7
files in the configuration, but it seems like there's more to it.
Has anyone successfully installed CentOS 8 or RHEL 8 with fai, and care
to share any tips and tricks?
Best regards,
Daniel
It seems like there is still the old issue, if the dhcp server is
different from the fai server, I had to
prepend the ip in /srv/tftp/fai/pxelinux.cfg/XYZ file
root=192.168.10.2:/srv/fai/nfsroot
hostname did not work
Dear Andrew,
Dear Martin,
thank you for your valuable feedback, I found this debian armhf
bootstrapping tool yesterday, which I will try to merge it with your
recommendations.

Dear all
I read that raspberry pi supports PXE boot and that it is enabled per
default on the latest B+ version. I'm wondering if there is anybody out
there using it with plain debian or raspbian yet?
Maybe even on qemu with arm emulation on x64 platform?

I know this project. But gpxe (which is used by etherboot.org) is a
dead project. If you need a more up-to-date version have
also try to add the option ramdisk_size=262144 to the
append initrd line in /srv/tftp/fai/pxelinux.cfg/C0A81C03, sadly to no
effect. Since neither Google nor the wiki or the list archive have any
more info on the matter, I'd like to ask you guys.
What could be going wrong?
Best regards,
Daniel

I guess there's something with these networkcards but I don't have any
further idea to solve this. I hope someone can understand my bad
schoolenglish ;-) and has a good tip for this problem.

kernel hin kopieren muss.
Bei der 2.er war es ja /usr/locale/share/fai/files/packages
nun hab ich das verzeichnis einfach ins /srv/fai/files/packages
gemacht und irgentwie nix :(
