Changes (summary):
Moved cgroup_mounted out of default initialisation and made it a
function (used by start/stop).
Also cleaned up some other code sections, including expanding on
verify_all section to more fully test
Forget the conversion.
Use the crm shell to create one from scratch.
And look for the clusters from scratch doc relevant to your version
- its worth the read.
