I added the location resources and changed the quorum votes to 2 instead of 3 (not sure why it was 3 in the first place). I get no errors when I check `crm_verify -L -V` and `crm status`, but for some reason I can't manually fence or reboot the other machine with stonith_admin. stonith_admin -F=ca
