Make sure the Docbook rpm's are installed first, before attempting to compile.
The configure should have flagged that the Docbook rpm's are missing.
Hope this helps.

Hi Florian,
I managed to get the contents of
http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current by using "wget -r" from my
linux desktop at home and then bringing it to work on a flash drive. However,
I still maintain that web access should not be a requirement for a compile to
work.

Hi Dejan,
> Why do you insist on compiling the stuff on the guest.
Because compiling 3 packages is supposed to be easier than an OS upgrade.
Currently, we are at SLES10. To get the latest and greatest
heartbeat/pacemaker I would have to upgrade to SLES11.

Any ideas on how to get the contents of

Hi List,
When trying to compile Reusable-Cluster-Components-glue-1.0.3, the compile
process tries to go out onto the internet, the variable STYLESHEET_PREFIX
points to the URL http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current
Unfortunately, our company does not allow our VM guests access to the

Hi List,
At one point in time, I had defined a resource called "oradb0". I subsequently
used "hb_gui" to delete the resource.
Now when I run "crm_verify -L -V" I get the following message :

Hi List,
Can someone explain what these warning messages mean ? I seem to be getting a
lot of these messages in my logs.

Hi List,
I have a test 2 node cluster with a floating IP with heartbeat and pingd.
Initially, the floating IP is on nodeA as eth0:0.
If I down eth0 of nodeA, the IP migrates over to nodeB as eth0:0. This is
what I expected.
However, when I bring up eth0 on nodeA, the floating IP now appears back

Hi Listers,
We are running heartbeat 2.1.3-0.9 under zVM 5.4 / SLES10-SP2.
We have 2 test clusters, one with 3 nodes and the other with 2 nodes.
How do I prevent the nodes from one cluster showing up in the other cluster and

Here is my ha.cf for both clusters:

Hi Listers,
How can I remove nodes that currently appear in my Linux HA Management Client ?
These nodes belong to another cluster and they appear as stopped.

I am a complete newbie when it comes to HA.
The company I work for wants us to start investigating HA.
My first POC setup was a 2 node cluster with a floating IP and that worked out
quite well.
