[Linux-HA] Fail over cluster

Hi Techie, I configured 2 node HA cluster by hearbeat for web service.My HA is working fine.When i stop heatbeat on master node , slave will take load and working fine. But when i stop httpd service on master node , fail over is not happening... Please guide me for the same. Thanks Bemjo __
