I configured a Heartbeat cluster with two nodes in an activce/passive
configuration.
When the active node is poweroff immediately, the passive node does not
takeover the resource as expected.

1 . If the power of active node was pulled out, then pushed in as soon as
possible, how does the passive node react?

Yes, if the power of the node is pulled out, the stonith device can not

For example, heartbeat process detects that ping node can't work, it will
