Ah, I'm not sure how recent those versions are. It's likely you still
have to specify the sbd_device on the primitive in the CIB there.

I will uninstall watchdog then and check.
I have tested with params sbd_device= earlier, but if watchdog is the
bad guy here, it might work after uninstalling it.. I let you know
