[Linux-HA] Negative value in resource-failure-stickiness

Why ? i.e. why does the value have to be negative? The "failover score" is calculated with abs(failure stickiness), so some other calculation must rely on that value being negative, but the details escape me. Thanks Yan PS Apologies if this has been answered somewhere - I couldn't find it.
