hi, i want to make a point to point tcp/ip connection with a good price speed relation. i wanted to use soundmodem and motorola mx 1000 but so far i read up now i only can use it for 1200 b/s because i can not connect to the fm modulator, varactor and detector. i this correct? so i think i need to buy some hareware for a 9600 or perhaps a 19200 connection. are there some radios for 9600 or 19200 with plug and play and no need for modification which i can use with soundmodem? is the connection to the radio still over the mic, speaker and ptt connectors? cu; bernd
