unknown problem with seagate SATA drive

Hello, I'm encountering a problem with a seagate drive you seem to know and have adressed in the sata_sil driver. The drive just stops spinning after a random amount of time and is then completely unusable until a power down/power up sequence. The "fix" I'm refering to is limit requests to 15
