Cellcom must have terminated their agreement with ICQ. ICQ sends SMSs only to carriers that have a contract with them. Cellcom used to have one. I guess they decided its not worth it. BTW, you might like to have a look at a program I wrote for this: http://smser.sourceforge.net/ It uses centerIM

Hey, ICQ currently does not run on most carriers anymore. They terminated nearly all agreements with carriers. Therefore chance new carriers might work is IMHO zero. They used to list the carriers in http://www.icq.com/sms , but now that page is just full with junk I followed this closely because
