How about the Intel GMA 950? That has become the chipset of choice on
the 9 and 10 inch netbooks. Ubuntu supports mine (MSI Wind U100) right
out of the box, but how well I've never checked.

of countries).
My wife is in Amsterdam for 4 days, and I seriously thought about
spending the $6 for
one month of an incoming Dutch number via SKYPE, but she h
t available for either Linux or BSD, and once it is
loaded they will work with
the device. Before I got the device, I booted Windows once every 3
weeks or so.

If I ssh in and set my display variable to the correct session and
then start an Xterm, or a
Konsole, again, they work fine if I have FVWM or KDE up and do not
work with gnome.
