Not that I know of, but inside your makefile you can do sth like
THISFILE := $RCSFile$
or $Source$ or something more cumbersome but equivalent if you are not
using

all:
echo $(MAKEFILE_NAME_FICTITIOUS_VAR)
^D
$ make -f foo.mk
/home/moshe/foo.mk
=
