I've installed LyX 1.3 with Qt3
And it does work with the dialog box in hebrew
but i do have these question marks problem on servales places
how do i deal with that ??

You'll see there that the difference between LANG and LC_ALL is their
"priority

How is the bidi support in the qt interface? and in the gtk interface? (is
