Not quite related to Chaim's latest message, but I've just learned about a network (an ISP with hundreds of thousands of accounts) is using http://www.surbl.org/ to filter spam based on the URL in the message for over a year with great success. Just in case this helps some. --Amos

I need to set up an anti-spam / anti-virus solution for a mail server with about 900 accounts. The mail server runs CommuniGate (Don't ask) so I will have to use an SMTP proxy solution to implement this. I was considering going the standard piecemeal direction of SpamAssassin and Clamav perhaps
