probably there's difference between the FTP proxy settings in Netscape and

Hi all!
I'm trying to enter ftp://ftp.cs.huji.ac.il/mirror/GNU using Konqueror,
(RH7.1). 5 minutes after klicking the link on
http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html, nothing happened. Doing this in Netscape
brings me to the mirror with no problem
