i think yhat your problem is an incorrect gateway.
your eth address is 34 and if i understood you right
this is how you want to connect to the outside world.
so instead of 111 put 34 in you gateway.

I have already used "proxyarp" option in my /etc/ppp/options file, and
its still not working . I will give some more details on my server and
client configuration with hope that it will help .
Problem :I cant reach any host on remote network ,but i can reach the
