right justified menues in kde 3.2

I just finished upgrading to MDK 10.0 with kde 3.2 and I noticed that some programs (for example ethereal and Gnomemeeting) have right justified menues - with the File item on the far right followed by Edit and so on). I assume that this has something to do with Hebrew/Israeli localization, but

Can anyone explain why the message I sent took more than 46 hours to get to the list? I'm including the headers - notice that LISTAR got the message LONG after huji.ac.il got it. As far as I know, other peoples messages arrived as usual. BTW - as far as the message itself is concerned, I solved

Of course, anything is possible, but I don't think what you mentioned is involved because: 1 - I was able to send e-mail to other destinations - so "I'm OK" 2 - Other members were able to post to the list - so "the list is OK" 3 - according to the headers I sent earlier, the message did arrive at
