urpmi stopped working

I can't figure out why, but URPMI on my MDK10.1 box suddenly stopped installing packages. If I use the --test option, I'm told the package can be installed (i.e. no conflicts, dependancy problems etc), but when I run the same command (without --test) nothing happens - no error messages, nadda.
