In my observer pragmatic view; yes. On many occasion, i've come to CAP
calls only to be frustrated with the sheer disconnect of it all. It
simply doesn't work. If it means having to break posix conformance for a
working implementation. Then so be it.

The only logical
solution seems to be perceived threats idea. Why put something into
place that isn't going to make it any more difficult? How about, don't
leave yourself logged in as root and if you're using scripts, etc make
sure they have the proper permissions set etc.

fine so I'm at a loss as to why exactly it can't register.
I haven't investigated much further, is this an int/arch problem?
