I've had reproduceable and repeatable problems with test9 -most of them-
that always leave my laptop stuck. Only sysrq-o seems to respond.
It seems it is related to the truncate proble that arised in test7 series.

If you just unset it in .config and echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn,
it just acts as if it was enabled.
If you include it in your .config and then echo 0 >/proc/sys/n
way I am still able to echo /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn. And I
have the same problems.
So I am recompiling test8-pre4 with tcp_ecn enabled and then echoing 0 to
the sysctl option.
