2.4.0-test7 remount/iocharset

I am running Debian 2.2 (Potato). On 2.4.0-test7 vfat, iocharset does not change on remount, but the option is shown in mounttab. Notice that the euc-jp nls module did not get loaded after a remount. Also, on remount, ntfs does not decrease nls module usage count, even if you don't change io
