Kernel patches, unless they are very big, should be submitted
inline, as part of the email text, not via a link.
Simple patches that are not urgent can be submitted to the
Trivial Patch Monkey - [EMAIL PROTECTED]

As per http://www.nist.gov/dads/HTML/shellsort.html, this should be referred to
as a Shell sort. Shell-Metzner is a misnomer.
