'mpg123 foo.mp3' triggers this. doesn't seem to be restricted to mpg123 however. happens with everything using /dev/dsp. it doesn't happen to me on 2.4.1-pre11 with andrew morton's low scheduling latency patch. symptoms are hard lockup, and random noise from speakers. even magic sysrq doesn't
