pv devs changed.
I do a summary from my watching.
first, pv devies in /etc/lvm/backup/systemvg & /etc/lvm/archive/systemvg-xxx
are correct.

very stupid mistake, I used master branch not not latest code to verify this
issue.
after switching to latest code, this issue disappeared.
