Much thanks for your advice . I have done that options setting and it
helped with my other issues . I have just worked out this problem . It
was connected with the changing of the DVBS card that I used for years
with a new DVBS2 and Mythtv . I thought that it was the drivers issue

What is the tool of choice to use to scan dvbs2 satellites ? I tried
dvbscan but it only picked up dvbs transponders , the dvbs2 ones it
failed to tune . I saw that there used to be this utility scan-s2 ,
but looks like it was abandoned a couple of years ago and has not been

2.6.32.14-127.fc12.i686.PAE . Myth is .23 the most recent fedora package
, the drivers for dvb card I have at the moment were pulled in
2010-04-01 . I assume they are pretty current . The problem that I have

perfectly . Also I ran a make on the dvb drivers , and they all compiled
without error . So everything is good now . Next step is to install the

I have just pulled the latest hg and tried to apply patches . Patches
12094 and 12095 went in with no problem . However patch 12096 failed
with this output :
