When loading a disk I get this message: isolinux: Disk error 80, AX = 42B2,
drive 9F. What does this mean?

If you mounted sda7 as /
and mounted sda1 as /boot
Would it satisfy all your free space concerns?

No, they are quite mature fi
That means it mounts a partition formatted with reiserfs 3.6.
to fix - find a "line" with that mounting ... and delete it.

It is an informational message telling you that your reiserfs partition is
using version 3.5 disk layout.
