I have a problem that has come up in my server.
I provide a small free popserver in Sri Lanka.
To give you a bit more details,
My server crassed with bad power supply.
I reinstalled on a new hard disk with the same version,
recovered data on the old hard disk
copied over /home/* /etc/p
I'll make this post a sort of follow-up and report of the 2.6.4 kernel

but created others in the process. The particulars of why things are the
way they are and why what I did resolved something largely escape me. But

thing I can think of, is you might want to make sure you are using
cygwin/X, not just cygwin. cygwin is just a port of the standard *nix

Now, what i need is to connect a window$ machine, as an X server, to a
session / window manager on a remote linux machine. I have heared about
cygwin / winx32. I am trying cygwin, but i dont understand how to set it up,
