will center the display on a small part of the screen if there are
display options look for a full screen setting ( I think thay do this to

have you tryed isapnpdump yet to get the settings for this card?
If you have windblows on this computer you could check the settings
with windblows device manager
are you useing insmod or modprobe ? (try modprobe)
