do get this working. Something I did was make a small one line script
containing the '/usr/blah blah' line above, and place it in a new
directory called 'connect' off my /home/myusername directory. The script
name was 'ispname' and I chmod'd
I want to learn something new, I type the subject area into a
search engine like Google. I've found over the last couple of years that
action alone usually brings up an abundance of information. You could try:

ut I suggest that you make a
backup now whilst you are up and running and give your system the once over just to be
sure. I would hate for you to come back in a few days time and tell us that you lost
precious data because something wasn't quite right with your replaced setup. :-(

d running import/copy over the files that you require from your
backup. In most cases that should be a handful of files from the /etc directory that
you *may* have edited, and your /home directory.

'a.out's can get confusing :-) (rename = mv)
