I don't know about the rest of your problem, but I can explain these
messages. Baically they're harmless - just informational.
It's telling you that it won't attempt simultaneous reconstruction of
multiple virtual partitions whose member real partitions reside on the same
physical disk. I guess it's trying to avoid disk thrash...
It will reconstruct one md device and then another, and so on in this case.
