I have a DPT SMartRaid IV (32MB cache) with 3 wide channels controlling 4
Seagate 18GB drives in a RAID 5 configuration. Under Linux (Redhat 6.0) I
only see about 8MB/sec reads and 2.5MB/sec writes. Under NT I see about 8MB
for reads and writes.
Talk about lousy performance!
