Hi,
I'm using RedHat 6.0 on a Pentium II system. It has three scsi-harddisks. I
use the first one to boot the systems and want to create a raid on the two
other disks.
I've created an /etc/raidtab:
raiddev /dev/md0
raid-level 0
nr-raid-disks 2
Where do I get the pre-2.2.13 patches?
Looked on kernel.org but they weren't there.

Just thought I would drop this note to the list. A couple of my 50gig
drives were "repurposed" before I could run the test so this is only
a 3 disk RAID 0 stripeset. The production system will have 8 drives
(4 on each channel). I'm wondering if this will scale linearly and
give me over

As I had been told a few days ago by this list (and indeed found
it to be true), the 19990824 kernel patch
i'm looking for a headcount on the following:
who has had success on hotswapping scsi devices in raid configuration?
on which controllers and kernel versions?

FAILED in 18 disk SCSI RAID-5 with no spares.
I pulled a disk followed by a dd if=/dev/md0 and it tried
to reconstruct without a new disk and went into uninterruptible
sleep.
