ide raid (0.90): move hard disk a problem ?

kernel 2.2.15 with raid 0.90, debian potato and raidtools2.

can i build my raid now with hda3 and hdb3 and change the hard
disks later (so hdb will become hdc), or will this get me into big trouble ?
