I tried to patch an original 2.0.35 Kernel (Suse Distribution, based on
libc5) with the ICP Kernel patch who came on CD Version 1.6 with the
Controller.

I have 2 questions:
1. How is it possible to safely upgrade an existing raid array to the
newest Kernelpatch/raidtools?
I tried following steps: got an original kernel, patched it, compiled
it. Rebooted, the raidarray could not be initialized automatically
anymore. I stopped the raidarray
