SW RAID-1 and Conectiva 4.2 (=RedHat 6)

Hello
Using raidtools .90 and kernel 2.2.13, I've tried to mount a raid at
startup.
It 0xfd, it mounts correctly if I type 

$ raidstart /dev/md0
$ mount -t ext2 /dev/md0 /disco

but while it tries to auto-mount, it gives the message:
...md_personality_3...
...md_run returned -22...
