I want to configure RAID5 on Redhat 5.1 (Linux kernel 2.0.34), I Have a NEC ProSERVA 200Mhz Pentium Pro 1 processor (can be upgraded to 4 total) 64MB RAM, 8X CD, 2 SCSI channels [adaptec 7870 chips on Motherboard],2 hot swap 420W PS, 7 hot swap SCSI SCA hard drive bays [can be populated w/4.5, 9, 18 GB drives], onboard eathernet, and a 4.3GB boot drive. Recommend should I buy some RAID controller, or configure Software RAID. If I need to configure Software RAID is their any resource for REDHAT 5.1 (some RPM). I would be very thankful. Ali Khan
