Trouble in RAID5

Dear Raid users, I've been using RAID5 system for nearly six months without problem, but recently the machine halted while the rebooting process (displayed message attached below). I tried old valid kernels and some succeeded to boot, but the md device(/dev/md0) was still invisible. According to
