Hello again! What excatly does the command "mkpv" do? In the, both Jakob's and the old one, Howto's I couldn't find anything about it. >From the manpage it states "mkpv sets up a block devices into a single PV. Note that initializing PV devices destroys all of the data on the consituent devices." What is this PV it talking about? Could someone explain this a raid-newbie?
