There are decoders of hostbyte and driverbyte in constants.c, so this patch
deletes those in SCSI traveevents.

Note:
If CONFIG_SCSI_CONSTANTS is disabled, hostbyte, driverbyte, msgbyte, and
statusbyte are output as raw format from this patch.
