bootloader, Usually people install windows first and then linux
afterwards to get a dual boot O/S. If I install linux first and then
windows 2000 afterwards,
enter to linux os using floppy or ntloader if it detect linux. recover grub from linux.
if your hdd partitioned i think that's no problem for dual boot whichever the os you
selected.
