There are 2 methods for ZLP (zero-length packet) generation:
1) In software
2) Automatic generation by device controller
1) is implemented in UDC driver and it attaches ZLP to IN packet if
descriptor->size < wLength

The name of the NOP transceiver driver was changed during v3.16
release cycle from usb_phy_gen_xceiv to usb_phy_generic.
The patch that comes as a follow up of this message registers the NOP
transceiver driver before calling usb_get_phy() to avoid issues
related to accessing its data struc
Following the name change of the NOP transceiver driver in commit
4525bee (usb: phy: rename usb_nop_xceiv to usb_phy_generic), the
transceiver driver was no longer operable under its old name.
Register the transceiver driver before calling usb_get_phy() to make
sure we are noticed by an error mess
