easier for the guys writing UPS daemons.

One of my earlier patches backed out a change that fixed all
copy_to_user calls to properly return -EFAULT if needed. This puts the
change back in.

i've written a driver for USB
modem.it uses bulk transfers.I am facing a problem when i stress
it with UHCI host controller.when i run multuiple
ftp sessions simultaneously(uploads and downloads),
after sometime data transfers stop and the modem
ceases to be operational.i dont face
You sholud probably try a more modern kernel, that one is a year and a
half old.
