Found following Problem with ISD300 - kernel 2.4.19 connected to a USB 1.1.

Works generally exept one Problem:
The Device (in my case a DELTA CD ROM drive) has to be turned on before you
turn on the Computer.
Otherwise the ISD300 gets recognised as SCSI device revision ffffffff.
Once the ISD300 gets detected correctly you can plug it in and out on the
running system without problems.
Tested with 3 different motherboards (OHCI and also UHCI), always the same
result.
Under w2k this problem does not occur.
Has somebody else experienced a similar problem with ISD300?
