It looks like I'm going to have to go all the way back to the beginning. I'm seeing a STALL on the device side when I connect the USB cable between the host and device. I don't know if this is an issue, but I suspect that there may be several things going on. I think that the debug messages in the UDC driver are interfering with it's ability to respond within spec.
So, I've fetched the USB spec. However, any pointers on where to start will be appreciated.
