I looked into the files you posted and it looks like folks at
Philips are not really able to write a proper firmware for a USB device.

Despote errors you shoul;d be able to use devices.
dsp 14,35 and mixer 14,16
Just do:
ls -la /dev/dsp* /dev/mixer*
and use devices with 14, 35 and 14, 16
But send us full descriptor anyway.

I did it. I fixed the mixer bug in 2.4.17 or 2.4.18 and added
more error messages.
