This is a Linux USB list, not Windows. However, it sounds like you have a
hardware problem (no usb port). You need to buy an PCI USB interface
cards. Most computer stores will have one. I don't know of a parallel to
USB device.

I tried connecting a PXA255 board over USB using the usb-eth module, but
as soon as I do
