It drives me nut. Everytime i want to scan
files/pictures i have to reboot my Linux (Fedora Core
1) to Win98. Because SANE cann't recognize the
CanoScan D646U. Do i have to write a module or ar

(1)The directory under /proc/bus/usb is empty. I am
sure uhci and usb-storage is activated.

I have a Toshiba PDR M70 camera that does not work with the Linux
usb-storage driver. The breakage seems to occur when the driver tries to
set up the scsi device. The module then goes into a state where it
cannot be unloaded. I have tried it with 2.6.4 and 2.6.5. Any
suggestions? I am not adve
