After compiling a new kernel for my system
the hotplug now don't run the script /etc/hotplug/usb/usb-storage
I can manual mount any usb HD without any problem
and when I plug any usb HD the hotplug detect the new HD :

otherwise, i'm stuck, i can only plug one thing at a time
my /etc/hotplug/usb/usb-storage script is made of different entries like
this
one :
