It isn't a subscribers only list. THat would be quite annoying for people
who aren't on the list that have a problem.
Most of the spam is caught with header filters, but not all.

How is it that spammers make it through to the list?
I forget how the subscription works on this list.
Guess it could be that they go through the trouble to subscribe and
manages to get one spam through and is then removed until the next
time. Is that what is happening?
